Battle of the Chefs Preliminary Round Match 1

Battle of the Chefs is a live event, the preliminary round match 1 taking place on July 18th at 6 P.M. at The Fifth Rooftop Restaurant & Bar! It will be recorded to air on OC Chef Life TV. Guests can join us at the live event by purchasing one of three different levels of seating: General, Preferred or VIP. Each round, a charity is chosen from a group of applicants to benefit from the event.

Two popular chefs from OC are chosen, at random, to face off. These chefs will be donating their time, talent and treasures in order to be judged by you, the audience. The Chefs will be given a topic for battle: paella, tacos, spring pasta, ect. The chefs will then prepare their interpretation of this dish along with their choice of a wine pairing for 100 guests at the event before it is served to the audience, who will then vote for which chef they believe should advance in the competition.
